1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Note: During peak seasons, processing time may be extended by 1–2 business days.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).


3. Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is important to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents or the nature of our business. The return address will show as “THH Fulfillment” for discretion.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time using the link provided in the email.

If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at wcm0476@gmail.com.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • Orders with invalid or incomplete addresses will be delayed or canceled.

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • First, check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office

  • If still not located, contact us at wcm0476@gmail.com within 5 business days of the delivery date

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or theft after delivery


7. Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once the order is processed or shipped, we cannot modify the address.
