Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at thehappyhutshop. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy to ensure the safety, hygiene, and privacy of our customers.

1. All Sales Are Final

For sanitary and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, whether used or unused. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Vibrators and massagers

  • Lubricants and oils

  • Intimate apparel

  • Any product that comes into contact with intimate areas

Please make sure to read product descriptions carefully and contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • Email us at wcm0476@gmail.com with your order number

  • Provide clear photos or video of the damaged or faulty item

  • Keep the original packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we will:

  • Offer a replacement (subject to availability), or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

3. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local post office first

  • Contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date

  • We will assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier

Please note: We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, and only if they have not been processed or shipped. Once the order is in transit, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
